The count-down had begun. In just two weeks time, Sex and the City movie will be available to buy on dvd and I couldn’t be more exited!
Set four years later, Carrie’s on the hunt for a love nest apartment to share with long-term love Mr. Big, but when they make a deal get married, things don’t exactly go as planned. Girlfriends Samantha, Charlotte and Miranda are going through crises’ of their own as they muddle their way through marriage, motherhood, relationships and work.
I saw the film with my girlfriends and loved it, but I’m really looking forward to watching Sex and the City at home, with a tub of ice-cream and a box of tissues!
The storyline is wonderful; it totally lived up to my expectations…..unbelievable fashion, laughter, tears and a happy ending….it was as if those Manhattan girls had never left us.
The dvd is available in three different versions, the standard single disc edition, special double disc edition and blu-ray.
I’ll be buying the special double disc edition as it includes loads of great features, a further twelve minutes of film, extended commentary with director Michael Patrick King, a conversation with Sarah Jessica Parker and ‘the fabulous fashion on SATC’ with the awesome Patricia Field – not to be missed!
