Burlesque beauty (and my big girl crush of the moment) Dita Von Teese launched her new range for Wonderbra yesterday, by swinging on a giant bra in Covent Garden! The luxury lingerie, designed by Dita herself, was inspired by her love of 40’s fabrics and 50’s shapes, combining it with modern strip tease and neo burlesque styles. The Wonderbra by Dita Von Teese line includes a mixture of suspenders, thongs and bras, which Von Teese says are so comfortable that she wears them regularly.
This stunning Wonderbra range,consists of three different designs Multi Teese, Spot Teese and Satin Teese and is apparently, both luxurious and feminine, providing support and comfort for all sizes. Although, Ms Von Teese is an advocate of women dressing for ones self, “Every woman needs a little moment of beauty to have for herself. Underwear isn’t just something that you put on for your lover – you wear it for you” the new Wonderbra range does include that extra element of sauce….the bras come complete with magnetic parts allowing you to perform your own private strip tease!!!
Dita, famed for her erotic routines in giant cocktail glasses, is a big departure for the Wonderbra range, who chose to collaborate with the star as she “oozes glamour and understands how to make women feel sexy – she was a natural fit for the Wonderbra brand. Not only is this lingerie range on-trend (how sexy is the idea of having a set on under a prim 40′s style floral tea dress) but it’s a definite must-have for any little minx’ Xmas list…you get some gorgeous new underwear and your other have gets the novelty value of helping you whip off a magnetic clasped bra!
