This past weekend The Sunday Times pointed out what most of us fashionistas already knew, that All Saints Military Boots are the best!
These boots have seen me through all the wind, rain and snow of this past season and are still looking relatively unscathed; more so, the All Saints Military Boot just happens to be the most comfortable all terrain boot I’ve ever worn!
I adore them for being beautifully designed, timeless and vintage-esque. They’re as practical as they look. Worth every penny, you won’t regret investing in a pair of Military Boots at All Saints!

New stock has just dropped at M&S and it’s fabulous! My favourite is this ‘country chic’ Limited Collection Ruffle Front Check Dress which is perfect for a British summers afternoon.
I’ve always adored Marks and Spencer, but of late their ranges have got better and better, with cutting edge designs and affordable classics - M&S is the place to shop!
This table-cloth check dress (mentioned in this weeks Look Magazine) would look great dressed down with plimsole trainers and a grandad cardigan or dressed up with a pair of killer-heeled gladiator sandals and a belt to synch in the waist…

Vivienne Westwood Ultra Girl Pump - Vivienne Westwood Anglomania - Mywardrobe

This might be deemed as indulgent, but I feel the need to write another post about Vivienne Westwood Anglomania shoes. Previously, I wrote about the rubber Mary-Jane shoes, however, a new style has caught my attention, the Ultra Girl Pump. Available in red, navy, white and gold - it’s the Red Ultra Girl Pump I covet most as they’d perfectly compliment my Spring/Summer sailorette style! High-waisted, tailored shorts are in; teamed with a stripy T-shirt, these Vivienne Westwood Red Ultra Girl Pumps would look oh-so-chic!
As a young girl I lived in my Jelly shoes and these rubber peep-toe pumps are creating a huge sense of nostalgia for me. The Ultra Girl Pumps are made entirely of rubber and have a Vivienne Westwood orb motif on one side - so I guess they’ve a little more ’street cred’ than my previous beach shop buys! They’re £59 from Mywardrobe - to good to miss!
I’m off to channel the nautical trend….

I am eagerly awaiting the arrival of Dorothy Perkins SS09 range - it looks awesome, full of beautiful prints and stunning retro inspired dresses… however, it’s yet to arrive, so today I consoled myself by drooling over their new range of endangered animal print T-shirts!
These stunning T-shirts include a Panda print, Cheetah and Eagle and are available in green and yellow. My favorite Dorothy Perkins print is the Yellow Drape Cheetah T-shirt, which would look great with a pair of indigo jeans and Converse trainers.

Leather Jackets - New Look - Vintage Bomber Jacket

New Look have reported an increase in sales at a time when most stores are struggling - take a quick look at their site and it’s easy to see why! So far the New Look SS09 range looks fab, but it’s the tailored leather look and leather jackets I am particularly interested in. Yesterdays Grazia Magazine featured soft leather jackets in a feature that pointed out how enduringly popular this item of outer-wear is. They’re right, a leather jacket is a wonderful, diverse staple item - you can dress it up with jeans or add edge to a frou frou frock by teaming it with a leather jacket.
The New Look range is brilliant - full of cropped and tailored leather jackets that suit a range of tastes, including jackets made from Polyurethane perfect for those who dont want real leather. I’m a fan of the New Look faux leather Vintage Bomber Jacket £25 as it lends itself to many looks. I’d team it with my bootcut jeans and a polo jumper or, for warmer months, sling it over a vibrant tea dress.
