Already a hugely popular trend – the demand for over-the-knee boots (or OTK’s as the fashion mags are calling them) is so high, Topshop have already sold out of their suede version!
Fear not, for I have found a fabulous pair, similar to the Topshop boots and Karen Millen’s uber sexy pair.
The Voodoo Suede over-the-knee boots from Very have a concealed platform offering some comfort and stability to one hot pair of heels! These sassy shoes are far too fierce for any thigh slapping, so avoid Dick Wittington remarks by teaming with a flirty dress and winter coat.
Flat over-the-knee boots suit leggy ladies, whilst the heel and folded material of some designs are a great way to flatter thighs – but on the whole, this is a trend for one and all!

New Ugg Boots - Are they bad for you?
I was once again watching the fabulous Mark Heyes on GM.TV with Lorraine this morning – who mentioned certain news papers were running with the story that health experts believe Ugg Boots are bad for you….blah, blah, blah. Barely even news-worthy and exactly the sort of over-sensationalising poppycock I’d expect from our tabloids!
Mark Heyes wasn’t fazed by this attempt to stigmatise Ugg Boots and neither am I!! My classic, chestnut Uggs play a pivotal role in my day-to-day well-being. They are cosy, comfy and reliable. I wear my Ugg Boots with just about anything, to do just about anything and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
However, thanks to Mark Heyes little fashion feature, I know have Ugg Boot envy…I love the new Ugg Classic Tall Boot …WITH SHEEN! These luscious lovelies look like they’ve got a waxy surface protector covering the out-sides of the boot. This saves a lot of hassle and expense as I’m forever spraying my boots to keep them clean and water resistant.
If you haven’t already got yourself a pair of Ugg Boots I recommend you purchase a pair – and do so quickly – rumour has it, the British importers have gone into administration….so supplies could be a little thin on the ground!
